Wuhan, capital city of Central China's Hubei province, has been ranked as a new first-tier city.
Li Jianming, deputy director of the General Administration of Sport of China, recently went to the Wuhan International Sports Culture Exchange Center to visit the ice-sports center which is under construction in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ).
