Wuhan Fixs Technology Co in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) is revolutionizing the manufacturing sector with its cutting-edge AI industrial operating system.
This innovative system, composed of multiple AI agents, streamlines a wide range of business processes, including navigation, sales, and warehousing.
Liang Fei, an engineer at Fixs Tech, says that the AI agents are like virtual operators at the system's controls. In the procurement process, for example, employees had to navigate through multiple system modules to complete a purchase, checking inventory, verifying procurement plans, and reviewing supplier evaluations.
Now, they can issue commands such as "recommend three suppliers" to the AI assistant. The system then checks inventory, identifies materials needing replenishment, and suggests suitable suppliers.
After manual confirmation, the system generates purchase orders and assigns approval tasks to the procurement manager, who can also interact with their AI assistant to complete approvals.
Each AI assistant in the system comes equipped with a "role card" that defines its capabilities, pre-setting boundaries for what it can query, what tools it can access, and what actions it can execute.
Once a company integrates its private knowledge base, the agents operate according to existing data and rules, providing accurate and swift responses while minimizing resource consumption.
Fixs Tech aims to make the agents capable of performing 90 to 95 percent of common manufacturing tasks.
The system is already in use across various companies, serving sectors such as automotive components, automotive trim, and smart manufacturing.
