Dongfeng Motor Corporation showcased its latest innovations at the fourth China International Supply Chain Expo held from June 22 to 26 in Beijing, featuring several new energy vehicle models, including the all-new M-Hero M817, Voyah Titan X8, and Yipai 007+.
The company presented the Tianyuan Architecture, a self-developed central electronic and electrical system designed for the AI era, which enhances vehicle performance through increased intelligence and efficiency.
The hydrogen-ammonia-methanol engine platform, which supports multiple power sources with over 80 percent component commonality, offers a flexible production approach.
Dongfeng Motor has also developed an intelligent energy cloud platform, creating a cohesive ecosystem that spans vehicles, charging stations, networks, and energy. The platform facilitates full-chain intelligent coordination and autonomous, comprehensive charging technology.
The company partnered with eight enterprises and academic institutions to establish the Hubei Automotive-grade Chip Innovation Consortium, resulting in the release and mass production of the DF30, China's first high-performance microcontroller unit (MCU) chip.
Dongfeng Motor is collaborating with CRRC to develop power semiconductor IGBTs and silicon carbide technologies, providing chip applications for China Information and Communication Technology Group and China Electronics Corporation.
Dongfeng Motor has also implemented a "Two-Hour Supply Chain Circle" initiative within a 50-kilometer radius, transforming and upgrading over 2,600 parts suppliers in Hubei.
Dongfeng Motor has also formed alliances with 14 companies, including CITIC, Huawei, and Tencent, to build an intelligent innovation ecosystem focusing on AI, autonomous driving, and cutting-edge technologies.
