Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) is working to enhance its livability and business appeal, creating an ideal blend of work and living environments.

An example of this is the Zhigu Cultural Industrial Park, which came alive during the recent Crayfish Consumption Season, as the enticing aroma of freshly cooked crayfish filled the air, creating a sensory feast and showcasing the park's integration of work and lifestyle amenities.

The park, recognized as China’s fourth national digital publishing base, is currently home to 309 enterprises, including prominent names such as Chinese All, Shanghai Visteon Automotive Electronics System Co, and Cbim.

It hosts over 7,000 young professionals and features more than 30 businesses that cater to their dining, fitness, and hotel needs.

A commercial street also offers over 480 options for dining, retail, and entertainment, attracting more than 6,000 visitors daily.

Plans for the park include immersive theaters, sports facilities, and innovative consumer experiences, with a popular hotpot restaurant set to open this summer.
