Voyah Automotive Technology Co signed a cooperation agreement with Huawei's subsidiary Shenzhen Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co on Jan 12 to promote smart driving and intelligent cockpit innovation.
This collaboration will form a joint team and establish a co-creation mechanism to develop new applications, designed to boost development efficiency, accelerate the launch of new vehicle models, and create popular applications that resonate with consumers.
A "To Consumer" software operations team will also be established to enable comprehensive collaboration across the entire value chain, from product planning to user operations, expediting the marketization of software services and delivering more engaging, functional, and intelligent solutions, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.
The partnership will also focus on strengthening cooperation in marketing, brand standards, and other areas to drive car sales and expand market reach.
Since the 2024 cooperation agreement, Voyah and Yinwang have been working together to deliver an unparalleled smart mobility experience centered on user needs.
Voyah launched its "ALL in Smart" strategy in 2025, equipping all models, including the Free+, Dream, and Titan, with Huawei's QianKun Smart Driving and HarmonyOS Cockpit, aiming to integrate intelligence into every vehicle.
Voyah delivered 150,169 vehicles in 2025, an 87 percent year-on-year increase. The company has also accumulated nearly 5,400 patents, 85 percent of which are invention patents, positioning it as a leader in patent growth among new energy vehicle companies.
