The fifth session of the 10th Hannan Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was held on Dec 29, bringing together 143 representatives from various sectors across the district.
The meeting focused on strategic development plans and practical solutions to advance the 15th Five-Year Plan and accelerate the transformation of the "China Auto Valley" into a "World Auto Valley".
Liu Ziqing, Party secretary of Hannan district, delivered a speech, highlighting the district's upward trajectory in economic development and its breakthroughs in industrial, power, and urban transformation.
Xu An, chairman of the Hannan district CPPCC, delivered a work report, noting that the CPPCC has prioritized people's welfare, fostered a deep-seated commitment to serving the public, and cultivated strong cooperative relationships to build momentum for progress.
The conference also reviewed reports on the progress of proposals since the fourth session of the 10th CPPCC Committee and on the district government's handling of key proposals.
