Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) has achieved significant recognition with 17 AI applications from local enterprises and universities, receiving provincial-level recognition.
These applications span key sectors such as industrial manufacturing, healthcare, traffic management, and education services.
A standout project is Neusoft Group (Wuhan) Co's "Large Model-Based Medical Record Generation and Quality Control System". This system harnesses advanced natural language processing and a medical knowledge graph to revolutionize medical record generation and quality control. It offers real-time alerts and rectification suggestions, boosting healthcare efficiency.
Another notable achievement is Voyah Automobile's project on "Key Technologies and Applications of Central Computing Electronic and Electrical Architecture Platform for Intelligent Connected Vehicles".
This initiative addresses industry challenges such as full-domain fusion computing, dynamic resource sharing, and integrated security across cloud, management, and terminal systems.
It lays the foundation for next-generation automotive electronic and electrical architecture characterized by central computing, multi-dimensional security, and multi-layer decoupling.
WEDZ is advancing its "AI+" initiatives, fostering a comprehensive industrial ecosystem that integrates hardware, software, computing power, and large models. The core AI industry in the zone has now surpassed 10 billion yuan ($1.41 billion).
