The Jianghan University women's soccer team is set to make its global debut at the FIFA Women's Club World Cup on Oct 8.
The team will face off against the Oceania champions, Auckland United Women's Football Team, at their home venue, the Wuhan Sports Center in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ).
Tickets for the tournament went on sale after the launch ceremony on Sept 24 and are available on platforms such as Damai and Ticketstar. Prices are set at 218 yuan ($30) for VVIP, 118 yuan for VIP, 50 yuan for First Class, and 38 yuan for Second Class.
The organizing committee has rolled out several promotions, including a 20 percent discount for group purchases over 6,000 yuan and vouchers for those who previously purchased tickets for the AFC Champions League semi-final and/or final.
During the launch ceremony, representatives of the Wuhan Sports Group presented their event management and ticket promotion plans. Head coach Chang Weiwei shared insights into the upcoming matches, while players Wang Shuang, Wu Haiyan, and Yao Wei revealed the official match jerseys and ticket designs.
The Wuhan Sports Center will host a variety of consumer activities, offering spectators shopping and entertainment opportunities. Ticket holders will also enjoy exclusive deals on dining, attractions, and hotel accommodations.
