A technological revolution is taking place at a livestock farm in Shayang county, Hubei province, where an L4-level autonomous disinfection vehicle is demonstrating its impressive capabilities.
This cutting-edge vehicle, developed by Jijing (Wuhan) Intelligent Technology Co in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), sprays disinfectant mist from an adjustable cannon, covering extensive areas. In contrast, a human operator with a handheld sprayer can only manage to disinfect a third of the farm.
"The vehicle features high-precision path planning, an intelligent disinfection system, and an L4-level autonomous driving system, allowing it to adjust the cannon's angle for optimal efficiency in complex environments while minimizing virus exposure risk for workers," said Li Mingzhe, a representative of Jijing Intelligent.
The vehicle, equipped with a 2-ton water capacity and an adjustable cannon, can be controlled via a mobile app to precisely target areas such as shrubs, sewers, and trash bins.
It can also adjust droplet size according to the situation or location, including residential areas, municipal sanitation, and farms, ensuring the mist reaches every corner and fully neutralizes airborne pathogens.
Li further noted that the vehicle achieves extensive coverage rapidly and offers long-lasting endurance, enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs for users.
Jijing Intelligent is dedicated to advancing municipal sanitation and livestock farming, offering a diverse range of L4-level autonomous products, including street sweepers, water trucks, epidemic prevention vehicles, and feed delivery vehicles. These innovative solutions are already being utilized in Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces, among other locations.
