Xuanyuan Book Club, opened in 2023 in Junshan New City, Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), has become a cultural landmark for the zone.
The club boasts an impressive collection of nearly 1,000 renowned literary works. It also features car models from brands such as Voyah, alongside rare historical photographs that chronicle the rich history and development of WEDZ's automotive industry.
The name "Xuanyuan" pays homage to the legendary Yellow Emperor, regarded as the cultural progenitor of the Chinese nation and credited with inventing the "car" over 5,000 years ago.
WEDZ, known as "China's Auto Valley", is one of the country's most concentrated automotive industry hubs. This book club is part of WEDZ's efforts to advance cultural initiatives, enhancing the zone's cultural influence and extending the reach of China's Auto Valley.
