The Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) launched its Gourmet and Beer Festival on Aug 1, unveiling an updated Nighttime Delicacy Map that promises to lead food enthusiasts on a culinary journey.

A highlight of the festival is the nearly six metric tons of Ningxia Tan sheep, flown directly into Wuhan and prepared on-site by seasoned chefs from Ningxia. Throughout the festival, attendees can indulge in an endless supply of rich and flavorful lamb soup.

Xianglong Commercial Street, the oldest and most renowned night snack hub, spans an impressive 130,000 square meters and hosts over 330 vendors. Among these, Xiaoyue's Shrimp is a standout favorite, drawing crowds with its delectable offerings.

Barbecue enthusiasts will find their haven on Baihua Street, where the aromas and flavors of grilled dishes evoke countless memories for locals and visitors.

For those seeking variety, Wanda Golden Street offers the most diverse selection of night market treats in WEDZ. From grilled gluten and snail noodles to lamb stew and spicy hot pot, it brings together flavors from all corners of the country.

In WEDZ, the perfect night snack is never far away. Whether you're exploring bustling streets or simply stepping outside your door, these summer nights promise to delight even the most discerning palates with their rich array of flavors.
