Dongfeng Motor Corporation has reached a significant milestone by selling over 1 million vehicles in the first half of this year. In June, wholesale and retail deliveries exceeded 200,000 units, a 23.6 percent monthly growth in retail deliveries in the second quarter.
Passenger car sales totaled 864,000 units, while commercial vehicle sales reached 251,000 units. The Dongfeng Voyah model has sold more than 10,000 units for four consecutive months. Sales of new energy vehicles have surged to 402,000 units, a 6.8 percent year-on-year increase.
The company's overseas exports have also seen a notable increase, with 115,000 vehicles exported, a 3 percent rise compared to the previous year.
Dongfeng Motor remains committed to driving the transition towards new energy vehicles, exemplified by its establishment of a comprehensive new energy brand portfolio that caters to the luxury, high-end, and mainstream sectors.

The company has further expanded its new energy product lineup by introducing cutting-edge models such as the eπ007, Nammi 06, and Voyah Free+.
Dongfeng Motor announced the founding of Yipai Automobile Technology Co in June. This initiative focuses on integrating high-quality resources across the entire value chain, including businesses, research and development, production, supply chain, sales, and services.
Dongfeng Motor has also entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Huawei to drive innovation in intelligent cockpits, vehicle control, and connected networks. This collaboration aims to advance the mass production of Level 3 intelligent assisted driving in the Voyah and M-Hero brands.
