Wuhan Heading Environmental Technology Co has announced the establishment of the China Industrial Textile Industry Filter Cartridge Material R&D Center in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ).
This center is a groundbreaking initiative in the domestic filter cartridge material sector and will lead the development of industry and national standards, bridging the gap in high-end technical specifications and enhancing product quality across the industry.
Heading Environmental is dedicated to the research, development, production, and sale of filtration materials and environmental protection equipment. Its products are used in industries such as thermal power generation, steel metallurgy, and waste incineration for flue gas dust filtration.

The filter cartridge materials developed by the company can capture ultra-fine particles like PM2.5 and PM1, while also intercepting toxic substances such as heavy metal aerosols and dioxins. This ensures that flue gas emissions remain consistently below 5mg/m³, meeting ultra-low emission standards and exceeding industry averages.
According to Wang Daolong, chairman of Heading Environmental, the center will tackle common industry challenges and achieve key technological breakthroughs by collaborating with universities and research institutions.
It will also promote the commercialization of new filter material technologies and intelligent manufacturing processes, advancing the field of environmental technology.
