The iFLYTEK Central China Headquarters has finished construction and is currently undergoing final inspections and handover procedures. It is scheduled to open in June.
The 40,000-square-meter headquarters in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) will host a research institute, an AI industry acceleration center, an open experimental zone, and various supporting service facilities.
Designed with a world-class planning concept, the headquarters offers a multifunctional, versatile, and highly accessible office park environment. "Our office spaces are seamlessly integrated with areas for leisure, socializing, and learning, catering to the diverse needs of our employees," said Su Xiansheng, the project leader.
Su further noted that the site includes a comprehensive network of pedestrian and cycling paths connecting different functional areas. "With a green space ratio exceeding 40 percent, the buildings feature continuous terraces, rooftop gardens, and vertical greening systems, creating a multi-layered ecological landscape."
iFLYTEK is a renowned publicly listed company in the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in intelligent speech and artificial intelligence technologies. The company has been at the forefront of research and industrial applications in intelligent speech and cognitive intelligence.
"The Central China Headquarters represents our largest regional platform and R&D center outside of our main headquarters in Hefei, Anhui province," said an iFLYTEK representative.
The representative added that the headquarters will focus on research and innovation in intelligent speech, natural language processing, and machine learning, driving the application of AI in education, healthcare, and urban management.
