On April 9, Voyah Auto celebrated a major achievement as its 200,000th vehicle, a brand-new Voyah Dream, rolled off the assembly line.
You Zheng, deputy general manager of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, emphasized Voyah Auto's dedication to becoming a user-centric technology enterprise. Since its inception, Voyah has been focusing on accelerating technological and industrial innovation, with a strong emphasis on independently developing and controlling core technologies.
Voyah Auto's journey from selling 10,000 vehicles in 2021 to 86,000 in 2024, and now reaching a cumulative production and sales milestone of 200,000 vehicles, highlights its pioneering role in transformative development. The company is determined to maintain this momentum, aiming for an annual production and sales target of 200,000 vehicles.
As Dongfeng Motor's high-end smart new energy brand, Voyah Auto is at the forefront of Dongfeng's new energy transition. Since its launch in July 2020, Voyah has established the most comprehensive product lineup among Chinese new energy vehicle companies. Its products are sold in Norway, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, such as Poland, Greece, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
The first mass-produced model, the Voyah Free, marked a significant leap forward for the company when it rolled off the production line in June 2021. Voyah reached its first 100,000 vehicles in 1,016 days and achieved the second 100,000 in just 365 days, demonstrating its breakneck growth.
"This year, Voyah Auto is committed to reaching a sales target of 200,000 units," said Lu Fang, CEO of Voyah Auto. The company plans to launch more than four new or revamped models, all featuring Huawei's QianKun intelligent driving system.
