China Electronics Cloud Wuhan Trusted Intelligent Computing Center has partnered with DeepSeek to launch the DeepSeek model on the computational public service platform in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ). This collaboration aims to provide users with customized, secure, and intelligent computing power solutions.

China Electronics Cloud, the sole cloud computing brand under China Electronics Corporation, provides high-security digital infrastructure for key national projects, the government, and critical industries.

In 2023, CEC and WEDZ established the intelligent computing center, creating a computational public service platform for the zone.

The center is powered by CEC's exclusive cloud platform (CECSTACK), an industry-leading, domestically developed enterprise-level cloud platform. It has launched multiple AI applications in fields such as healthcare, finance, education, transportation, government affairs, and energy.

In March of last year, the center's first phase began operations with 100 petaflops of intelligent computing power. It provides intelligent computing services to AI enterprises, large model manufacturers, and university research institutions and achieves a computing power utilization rate of 80 percent.

A representative from the center said that his colleagues and he will focus on the DeepSeek model's online service, staying at the forefront of the market to create a more flexible and reliable AI application environment for customers.

Automotive brands in WEDZ have integrated the DeepSeek large model to make vehicles more "understanding". On Feb 7, Dongfeng Motor Corporation announced that it had integrated the entire series of DeepSeek large language models.

Passenger car brands such as Dongfeng Mhero and Dongfeng Voyah will feature the DeepSeek large model. This upgrade will transform the user-vehicle interaction from "passive command execution" to "proactive demand understanding", providing users with a more intelligent and enjoyable travel experience.
