Among the new projects is the Honghai New-generation Intelligent Manufacturing Base, which is expected to require a total investment of 3 billion yuan and cover a construction area of approximately 49,000 square meters. The base will primarily produce air conditioner evaporators and condensers, PCBA circuit boards, and CNC sheet metal parts and is anticipated to be operational within the year.

The second phase of the Wuhan Aisha International Education project will cost 2 billion yuan and cover an area of approximately 64,000 square meters. It will include the construction of student dormitories, accompanying apartments, a comprehensive sports training center, and other facilities, aiming to create a world-leading educational community.

The New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Base project is expected to require a total investment of 500 million yuan and a total construction area of approximately 55,000 square meters. It includes building intelligent factories, R&D buildings, and supporting facilities for producing and manufacturing automotive parts and accessories.
