Wuhan Furuili Automation Equipment Co in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) is a premier industrial robotics manufacturer that delivers state-of-the-art automation solutions.
Furuili holds over a dozen patents for inventions and utility models. It specializes in designing, manufacturing, and servicing assistive manipulators, intelligent production lines, customized special machines, gantry robots, and robotic workstations.
"Last year, our total revenue surpassed 130 million yuan ($18.26 million), and from January to August this year, we have already secured orders worth 90 million yuan," said Pi Jin, general manager of Furuili. He emphasized that the company's operations cover over 90 percent of the domestic automotive OEM market, with clients including major manufacturers such as Dongfeng, GAC, BYD, and FAW.
Since the beginning of 2024, Furuili has expanded its reach beyond domestic borders by undertaking 11 overseas projects.
Pi Jin provided an insight into the efficiency improvements achieved through their automation solutions: "Previously, assembling components like sunroofs, dashboards, and windshields required six workers per station. With our assistive manipulators, a single worker can now easily handle the assembly tasks at each station."
