Shanshan Commercial Group Co's outlet project settled in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) on Jan 10.
Shanshan Commercial Group Co, established in November 2016, focuses on the development, construction, operation, and management of high-end commercial outlet complexes. It is the largest chain brand of outlets in China and one of the few enterprises that operate with 100-percent self-owned and centralized cashier systems. They have already established 20 large-scale commercial outlet complexes in 18 cities nationwide.
To accelerate the progress of the ongoing project, Yao Zhiming, vice president of Shanshan Commercial Group Co, and his team visited WEDZ to conduct on-site inspections for project site selection. Both parties expressed their commitment to expedite internal approval processes and promote the project's signing and commencement as soon as possible.
It is understood that the Shanshan Commercial Group's outlet project will be officially signed and start construction in the first half of this year.
The zone will continue optimizing its industrial ecosystem, as well as upgrade and expand the scale of its services.
