The administrative examination and approval bureau of the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) has collaborated with the WEDZ branch of Hankou Bank to establish Wuhan's first one-stop financial service platform – Auto Valley Capital Island.
This capital island operates in partnership with various institutions specializing in venture capital, securities, guarantee, insurance, and evaluation. It delivers customized services in the capital market and offers guidance on listing processes for emerging enterprises, including golden and silver seed companies, as well as specialized and sophisticated little giant companies within the zone.
In addition, Auto Valley Capital Island actively promotes housing provident funds and inclusive finance-related policies to regional enterprises and individuals. It has instituted online consultation groups, multimedia information displays, and on-site services for enterprises seeking assistance.
Since its establishment at the zone's government service center, Auto Valley Capital Island has consistently engaged with nearly 80 enterprise representatives and individuals daily. The platform covers a spectrum of services, including consultation or handling of bank account opening, social security card activation, individual provident fund withdrawal, corporate provident fund account opening, talent treatment consultation, financing consultation, tax reduction and exemption, and other matters closely related to people's livelihoods.
Auto Valley Capital Island has successfully provided standardized online financial products for over 70 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), resulting in accumulated loans surpassing 20 million yuan ($2.79 million).
