A fluorinert electronic liquid production line was installed in the pilot test base of the Future Technology Innovation Institute of the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone, it is the first pilot test production line in the institute.
The fluorinert electronic liquid is considered to be the best coolant for data centers, semi-conductor processing, new energy vehicles, electrical power systems and communications.
Along with the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data technologies in recent years, more and more data centers are being set up, making the heat dissipation and temperature control of machines an even more pressing issue. There are generally two ways to carry away the heat from machines – air cooling and liquid cooling.
The fluorinert electronic liquid production line is expected to operate in the first half of next year and will be capable of producing 100 metric tons of fluorinert electronic liquid annually.
