The third phase of the South Taizihu Innovation Valley, which is located in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), was put into operation recently, and the first group of 28 sci-tech innovation enterprises has moved into the third phase of the valley, which mainly consists of a smart industry innovation center.
Wuhan Turui Intelligent Technology Co, a company founded by Dr Fu Min from Xiamen University, focuses on basic AI research and technology application, and its research team members boast more than 10 years of experience in AI, machine vision and automation technology development. The firm set up operations in the innovation center at the end of the innovation valley.
Designed to develop smart city and smart transportation industries, the innovation enter is currently encouraging more corporations in the fields of AI, intelligent cars, smart transportation, smart manufacturing, big data, industrial internet and internet of vehicles to move into the center.
It has already collected over 10 industrial leaders, as well as more than 300 small and micro-sized sci-tech firms.
