Government officials from the General Aviation and Satellite Industrial Park of Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ) have been delivering optimized services to speed up the construction of a power cell and energy storage battery (Wuhan) base invested by China Lithium Battery Technology Co.
By the end of 2021, preliminary construction on the project's first phase was completed, and construction on the main structure was underway.
Since the launch of the project, officials at the industrial park have been visiting the construction site at least once a day to stay up to date on the latest progress as well as the problems to be resolved.
"We will accelerate construction on the Wuhan base and make the most of the base's role in leading the new energy industry and extending industrial chains. The project will begin operation in the fourth quarter this year," said a staff member in charge of the project.
