Major auto manufacturers based in Wuhan's Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Central China's Hubei province, recorded strong sales in November, according to local media reports.
In November, Dongfeng Aeolus sold 15,816 vehicles, which is a year-on-year increase of 138 percent. From January to November, a total of 108,115 vehicles were sold, up 75 percent from last year’s total.
In terms of service, Dongfeng Aeolus has developed a new service plan. Customers can get a more convenient service experience when selecting, purchasing and driving a car, and repairs and maintenance are provided without customers' having to leave home.
Auto manufacturer Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co sold 14,597 vehicles in November, a year-on-year increase of 158 percent. From January to November, the cumulative sales volume was 86,553 vehicles, which is a cumulative year-on-year increase of 97 percent.
Since September this year, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen has achieved sales exceeding 10,000 vehicles for three consecutive months.
At the start January, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen recorded high production numbers.
While opening up service and marketing channels, the company continues to optimize the performance configuration of its related dual-brand models to further enhance its product competitiveness.
The company has launched more new car models, including the Peugeot 4008 and 5008, and the Citroen Versailles C5 X, to add to its product catalogue.
