WHDZ Assets Management Co recently started trial operation on its City Brain project in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ), a renowned Auto Valley in China.
This is the first time the zone has applied the City Brain in an enterprise in the Auto Valley, which will further promote the zone's smart city construction.
City Brain mainly uses new information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence to facilitate city governance and service-oriented government construction.
The City Brain operated at the WHDZ Assets Management Co will help the company build an excellent asset management system, run automatic monitoring and data analysis on the operation of assets, and have dynamic management of the full life cycle of assets including budgeting, planning, purchasing, ledgers, and maintenance, which is convenient for a company to master its asset change information in real time and leads to standardized, elaborate, and effective asset management.
The project, co-established by the WHDZ Assets Management Co and Jinke Smart Service Co, will build a database covering the development zone and its pillar industries, which is intended to integrate and share their equipment and facilities data that will be uploaded to the cloud platform via sensors and monitoring images. The database will be connected to data platforms now available, and then visualized data will be presented based on the procedures of analysis, filter and transfer of accurate industrial park images, and enterprises and private ownership. All of which will help the Auto Valley better understand its industries as a whole and make better decisions when attracting investments.
Personnel from the WHDZ Investment Co, parent company of the WHDZ Assets Management Co, said that the project was still in its trial period and they will continue to optimize its data management and analysis model based on data analysis and customer feedback. Later, the company expects to work on the automatic data collection of the development zone's eight industrial parks so as to contribute to the zone's investment attraction.
