An ice sports center in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Hubei province has officially opened its doors to the public.

The new center is reportedly the biggest of its kind in Central China.

The ice rink covers an area of 1,800 square meters and can host training and competitions for ice hockey, short-track speed skating, figure skating and other ice sports.

Visitors can experience ice sports such as ice skating and parent-child games under the guidance of professional coaches.

The venue also offers professional training in sports, such as ice hockey, figure skating, and short-track speed skating, by national athletes.
