Four major service industry projects in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, have been included in the province's service industry key project plan catalog for 2021, according to local media reports.
The National New Energy Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Construction Project, developed by CATAC Automotive Inspection Center (Wuhan) Co, intends to build a leading domestic public technology support platform for the testing and research and development of common technologies featuring new energy vehicles and parts.
The plan includes the establishment of a new energy auto parts laboratory, an automobile collision laboratory, a light platoon and an electromagnetic compatibility laboratory equipped with advanced equipment.
The Gongxiao e-Home Central China Regional Headquarters Project, developed by Gongxiaoyun Business Technology Industry Development Co, will integrate the resources of the supply and marketing system of the provinces in Central China, provide operation, management, technology, and financial service support for various grass-roots outlets and related enterprises in the region, and attract agricultural e-commerce enterprises in Central China.
The overall operation will be realized within five years after the completion of the project construction, and the annual transaction volume of the platform is expected to exceed 380 billion yuan ($59.13 billion).
The construction work on the Orsun Ice and Snow Town Project is currently underway in WHDZ and is expected to feature the first ice and snow themed town in Central China.
The Shengze Jietong Logistics Base Project will build a three-dimensional vehicle storage warehouse, spare parts storage warehouse, office and supporting venues. It will form the country's largest fast logistics channel network.
