Four major projects with a total investment value of 988 million yuan ($151.26 million) are to be developed in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, following cooperation agreements signed at the sub-forum of the 2020 China International Industrial Design Expo.

The four projects cover areas including new materials, regional headquarters, clean energy and environmental protection, and next-generation automobiles.

A new intelligent display module production base, to be developed by Henan Skytek Optronics Co, will produce large-size new display modules, and will make every effort to promote upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to settle in WHDZ.

ARTS Group Co plans to invest in the construction of its research and development center and its Central China headquarters.

The company is one of the first batch of builders of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park and was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014.

Wuhan Runde Engineering Technology Co is committed to solving the bottleneck of thermal drainage that restricts the development of the power industry and the common problems that impact the marine environment. The company intends to establish and develop a new offshore thermal pollution treatment technology, with "low temperature waste heat nano-biomimetic seawater desalination" as its core, in WHDZ.

Wuhan Kadinai Automotive Design Service Co is an enterprise with intelligent manufacturing services for the entire industry chain, from design, engineering, prototype production, and small batch production.

The company plans to undertake the design and development of new vehicles from traditional car companies and the customized production of new self-driving functional vehicles in the development zone.
