The China Wuhan (Automotive and Parts) Intellectual Property Right Protection Center was officially launched in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, on Dec 10, after passing the acceptance test carried out by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.
The IP service center conducts rapid IP rights protection work for the automobile and parts industry, undertakes the rapid pre-examination of design patent applications in related fields, assists in the rapid handling of patent infringement disputes, and also provides IP rights protection assistance and services.
