Innovation service center project that is currently under construction in the Smart Eco-city in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) -- located in Wuhan, capital city of Central China’s Hubei province -- is scheduled to begin operation this year, according to WHDZ officials.

A smart sustainable city is an innovative metropolis that uses information and communications technologies to improve the quality of life, urban operations and services and competitiveness -- meeting the needs of residents on the economic, social and environmental fronts.

WHDZ officials said the new innovation service center is located in the core area of its Smart Eco-city. It has functions such as office quarters, incubation areas and government affairs operations.

The total construction area is about 127,392.72 square meters, including five towers and two shared halls in the north and south -- including various office spaces, multi-functional restaurants, lounges, corporate culture exhibition halls and other functional facilities.
