Hubei residents can now travel to 30 Chinese provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities with a green Hubei health code -- and no novel coronavirus nucleic acid test certificate is required, according to the Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, China’s Cabinet, clearly states that people from low-risk areas can travel freely holding a green health code, given them comply with normal temperature measurements and personal protection.
At present, all counties, cities and districts in Hubei are classified as low-risk areas and Hubei residents can travel with a green health code to the 30 places -- including Beijing, Hebei province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- without providing a negative nucleic acid test certificate.
