Government officials from Zhujiashan community in Wuhan, Hubei province have been offering help to tourists stranded in the city since the lockdown began on Jan 23.
They have sent food and medical supplies to people unable to go outside, with mental health support also on offer.
A number of assistants are also on hand at various hotels in the city to help guests unable to leave.
Wuhan residents are currently required to stay in the city in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
