Water conservancy facilities, including the Zhoujiahe pump station in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, will be put into use, according to local authorities, greatly improving the zone's capabilities in draining flooded fields.
In addition, the Wujin pump station, which received an investment of 50.2 million yuan ($7.3 million), started construction last December and is expected to be completed in June 2020.
