Behind the Houguan Lake in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone lies a seaside city. In this 99 thousand square meters of peninsula with 15.9 thousand square meters of parklands is located the Seaside City Resort Village.
Integrating catering, accommodation, meetings and events, weddings and leisure, the village has first-class quality service and is an ideal place for government affairs and business activities. It was awarded the title of "four-star hotel of China" at the end of 2007.
Divided into the five areas of the Wanghai Building, Yingbin Building, water bungalows, townhouses and beach houses, the village has 225 beds and 7 conference rooms of different sizes that can accept 800 people for meetings at the same time.
