Jingkai Wanda Plaza lies in the Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (Hannan), referred to as WHDZ, with Dongfeng Avenue to the northwest, Wuhan Sports Center to the south and Wuhan Foreign Languages School to the north. Its total construction area is about 440,000 square meters, 165,000 sq m of which are for commercial use.
