Zhuankou Music Hall will be located in the north district of Jianghan University on 21,000 square meters of land.
Construction is to occupy 7,500 sq m. The project's total investment is estimated to be about 100 million yuan ($15.28 million).
The music hall is jointly funded by the development zone management committee and Jianghan University.
