A delegation from Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, visited Shanghai on Jan 11, to seek new partnership agreements with universities and companies.
The group was led by He Yusheng, director of the organization department of the zone's work committee.
They visited Tongji University, the Global Talent Exchange Center (GTEC), and Shanghai Yangpu Technology & Innovation Group to examine potential agreements.
At Tongji University, He promoted the benefits of WHDZ –– highlighting its preferential policies which make the area attractive to businesses and skilled workers, to members of the university's Institute of Engineering and Industry and School of Automotive Studies.
Directors from the two departments both promised that they would deepen ties with the zone and promote cooperation in the hydrogen cell sector.
And at GTEC and Shanghai Yangpu Technology & Innovation Group, the WHDZ delegation discussed how to bring skilled professionals and innovative projects to the zone.
