Updated: 2018-12-25

A group of representatives from Wuhan Real Estate Group visited Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WHDZ) in Wuhan, Central China's Hubei province, on Dec 21, with the intention of deepening their partnership.

Yuan Kun, chairman of the group, and Fu Minggui, general manager of the group, led the delegation. Hu Hongchun, secretary of WHDZ’s work committee, held a meeting with them.

Links between the two sides can be traced back to the 1990s, when the Sino-French joint venture –– Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, was built in the zone.

Since then, the two parties have established long-term cooperation, and have worked together on projects such as the new campus of Jianghan University, Dingli Mansion and an automobile demonstration area funded by the group in WHDZ.

At the meeting, Hu said that Wuhan Real Estate Group has funded several projects in WHDZ, making great contributions to the zone's development, and that he expected the two sides to deepen cooperation and work together in different fields.

Yuan pointed out that WHDZ  developed from an automobile project and has seen huge achievements over the decades.

Wuhan Real Estate Group will seize opportunities brought by the zone's development and in turn invest in more high-quality projects in the zone, seeking mutually-beneficial growth, added Yuan.
