Dongfeng Motor Corporation is making significant strides in its global expansion initiative, debuting at the 31st Autoshow Nitra in Slovakia and introducing three new models: Voyah Taishan, M-Hero II, and Dongfeng Mage Phev.
The Voyah Taishan features a plug-in hybrid four-wheel-drive system, three-chamber air suspension, rear-wheel steering, rear massage seats, and a 32-speaker surround sound system.
The M-Hero II is a luxury smart off-road SUV offered in two versions, E0 and E1, that combine robust off-road capability with urban comfort.
The Dongfeng Mage Phev is a plug-in hybrid SUV with a 1.5T turbocharged engine and electric motor, offering a combined range of up to 1,200 kilometers and catering to the long-distance travel needs of European families.
Known for the world's highest per-capita car production, Slovakia is a critical hub in the European automotive supply chain, serving Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
Dongfeng's choice of Slovakia as the starting point for its Eastern European multi-brand debut underscores its strategic importance in the company's European market expansion. These brands have already entered markets in Norway, Denmark, and Finland, with plans to accelerate localization across channels, services, and branding to better integrate into European consumers' lifestyles.
More than 5,000 visitors attended the auto show, with related social media content garnering nearly 4 million views, resulting in over 200 vehicle pre-orders.
