Wuhan Kingfa Technology Co unveiled its national postdoctoral research fellow on Sept 20 in Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone (WEDZ), elevating the zone's capacity to nine national postdoctoral research fellows and six provincial postdoctoral innovation practice bases.
These national postdoctoral research fellows serve as vital connectors between academic research and industrial technological innovation, attracting top-tier doctoral talent to engage in cutting-edge research.
Kingfa, founded in WEDZ in 2014, focuses on advanced materials such as modified plastics, biodegradable plastics, and carbon fiber composites. The company has fostered long-term partnerships with esteemed institutions such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University of Technology, advancing research initiatives and supporting major players in the automotive and home appliance sectors in Central China.
Through collaboration with university experts, the new fellow will integrate postdoctoral research with corporate R&D projects, address technological challenges, and facilitate the transformation of research outcomes.
This initiative aims to streamline the transition from academic research to industrial application, driving product innovation, technological advancement, and industrial transformation at Kingfa.
